The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) on May 21, 2025, issued guidelines for Real Estate Advertising and Compliance under RERA.
The following has been stated: -
•Promoters must register their real estate project with UP RERA before any form of advertisement or sale. All promotional materials must prominently display key registration details, including the QR code, RERA number, and project information.
•Adherence to NBC, IS Code, UPERC, and TRAI norms is mandatory for construction, safety, and connectivity.
•Quarterly Progress Reports must be uploaded to the UP RERA portal within 15 days of each quarter’s end.
